01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at any property managed by WanderLuxe Property Group LLC ("WanderLuxe," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and property owners who interact with WanderLuxe in any capacity.
02 Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by WanderLuxe. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us via email.
- Reservations made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are subject to those platforms' additional terms.
- Direct bookings through our website or booking portal are governed solely by these terms.
- The guest who makes the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all guests staying at the property.
- You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
03 Payment & Fees
All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
- Nightly rates, cleaning fees, and applicable taxes are disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- WanderLuxe reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any damages, excessive cleaning, or additional fees incurred during your stay.
- All payments are processed securely. WanderLuxe does not store full credit card details.
04 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and booking channel. Please review the specific cancellation policy presented at the time of your booking. The following are general guidelines.
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus any processing fees.
- 14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund unless the property is re-booked for the same dates.
- Cancellations due to events outside our control (force majeure, natural disasters) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- WanderLuxe reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
05 Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM local time, unless otherwise agreed.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and an additional fee.
- Check-in instructions and access details will be provided via email prior to your arrival.
- Failure to check out by the designated time may result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's rate.
06 Guest Conduct & Property Rules
All guests are expected to treat WanderLuxe properties with respect and care. By staying at our properties, you agree to the following:
- No parties or events without prior written approval from WanderLuxe.
- No smoking inside any property. Smoking outdoors is permitted in designated areas only.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- The maximum occupancy listed for each property must not be exceeded.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and in the same condition as at check-in.
- Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
- WanderLuxe reserves the right to terminate any stay without refund for violation of these rules.
07 Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents, or surrounding areas that occurs during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
- Any damage must be reported to WanderLuxe immediately upon discovery.
- The cost of repair or replacement for damaged items will be charged to the payment method on file.
- WanderLuxe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property during their stay.
- Guests assume all risk associated with use of property amenities including pools, hot tubs, and outdoor equipment.
08 Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at select WanderLuxe properties. The following conditions apply to all pet-friendly stays:
- Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets may result in additional fees or termination of stay.
- A non-refundable pet fee applies per stay and will be communicated at booking.
- Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
- Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
- Pet policies at specific properties may be more restrictive — please confirm at time of booking.
09 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10 Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit related to our services.
11 Changes to Terms
WanderLuxe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
